I recently visited the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia to sort out a change in my flight and wanted to see how others felt about using the office for help. Personally, I found the experience mostly positive — once I got to the desk, the staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. It definitely felt more reassuring than trying to get things done through the website.
That said, I did have to wait about 25–30 minutes before my number was called, and parking in the area was a bit of a challenge. So if you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend arriving a little early or using public transport to make things easier.
