Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and have been enjoying the insightful discussions here. I wanted to start a conversation about the impact of modern presentation tools in the workplace.
We’ve noticed more companies moving away from static projectors toward touch-enabled solutions that make meetings more engaging. These systems allow teams to annotate documents, share presentations seamlessly, and collaborate in real time with both in-office and remote participants.
In my work, we’ve helped set up these boards in corporate boardrooms where teams can brainstorm visually, pull in live data, and save notes instantly. The energy in the room changes when people can interact directly with the content instead of passively watching slides.
Has your company made the switch? Do you find it makes meetings more productive, or is it more of a “nice-to-have” tool?
If you’re curious about what these can do for your workplace, check out our interactive whiteboards.
