Fildena 50 contains sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Fildena 50mg works by relaxing the blood vessels and improving circulation in specific areas, but it does not prevent blood from clotting or alter platelet function the way anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs do.
Blood thinners like warfarin, heparin, or aspirin work through entirely different mechanisms.
