One of the biggest benefits of participating in the Publix survey is that you get to speak directly to the company. Your feedback goes beyond a suggestion box—it helps guide store policies, staffing decisions, inventory management, and even store layouts.
Maybe the bakery staff went out of their way to help you, or perhaps a product you were looking for wasn’t available. These are things the corporate team wants to hear.
