If your Eufy camera doesn't perform its functions correctly or you're experiencing connectivity issues, a quick fix might be to reset Eufy camera. Resetting a camera means restoring it to its factory state and erasing all prior configurations, so you could set it up as if it were new.
To reset, identify the reset button on your Eufy camera. Usually, it's near the charging port, at the back. Press it for approximately 10 seconds. After this, you should be able to hear a beep or see the LED light flash red-this indicates that the reset has been initiated.
You need to initiate the whole setup once more. Open the Eufy Security app and perform the Eufy security login. From there, follow the in-app directions to reconnect the camera to Wi-Fi and generally set the camera up according to your preferred specifications.
This reset might help your offline-status problem, app connection error, or the device not responding. Either way, please remember that a reset wipes out all saved data on the camera, so try everything else first before going all the way with this one.
