My e-credit from a previously canceled flight was problematic, and I was unable to utilize it online. On a whim, I dropped into the JetBlue Airlines Nassau Office and I had an incredible experience. The personnel were welcoming and didn't make fun of my confusion. They immediately assisted me in rebooking a new flight and applied the credit for me. I saved a ton of time and worry because of it. To be honest, it's comforting to know that in-person assistance is still accessible!
