The Air France Vilnius Office was a delight to visit lately, and I must say that the entire experience was outstanding. I was made to feel quite welcome by the staff as soon as I arrived; they were not just professional but also sincerely polite and helpful.
In addition to several connections and a specific luggage requirement, I was juggling a quite convoluted itinerary. The commitment shown by the Air France representatives made what could have been a tense situation easy and enjoyable. They were patient, fully comprehended my needs, and provided me with a number of solutions that suited my tastes. It was quite impressive how well they handled reservations and paperwork, and how well they understood Air France policies.
Even though they were handling other customers, their composed manner and upbeat outlook were what most impressed me. Customer satisfaction was clearly a high focus at the Air France office in Vilnius. My helper went above and above by making sure all of my paperwork was in order, making sure my connection flights were comfortable, and even giving me advice on how to have a better trip.
I was quite delighted by the professionalism and politeness I encountered, in addition to feeling confident when I left the office. Because of the team's efforts, I felt like a valued traveler, which confirmed why I keep flying with Air France.
I strongly advise going to the Air France local office in Vilnius if you need help with anything pertaining to the airline. The difference lies in their customer-focused approach and individualized service. My trip planning was easy and fun thanks to the Air France Office in Vilnius !
