My recent international flight with Hainan Airlines through Guangzhou was smooth and relaxing. From the moment I arrived at the airport, the process was clearly laid out and easy to follow. The Hainan Airlines CAN Terminal staff went above and beyond to provide clear directions and quick processing times. Security checks were thorough but didn’t feel rushed or disorganized. I was especially impressed with how the terminal accommodated both Mandarin and English speakers. The flight information screens were up-to-date, and the gate announcements were clear. What stood out to me was the professionalism of the ground crew—courteous, patient, and always available to help. Restrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the food court had a good range of international choices. Boarding started exactly on time, and passengers were guided with precision and courtesy. Even baggage claim was quick and hassle-free. The overall flow of the terminal truly complements the comfort of flying Hainan Airlines. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly through this terminal again. It’s a well-maintained, functional space that focuses on making the customer journey as smooth as possible from check-in to departure.
