Hi everyone,

I’ve always turned to scent, lighting, and calming rituals for stress relief — candles, oils, and soft music are my go-to. But recently, I discovered how structured movement can also create a deep sense of balance and calm.

I started attending group classes at a Manchester-based studio called The Olympus Projects. They offer mythology-themed workouts like Aphrodite’s Quest (mobility + flow) and Herculean Trials (strength training), all done in focused 8–12 week programs. What surprised me is how intentional movement with symbolic names and purpose made the experience feel grounding — almost meditative.

Now I pair workouts with wellness rituals — energizing oils before, and calming scents after. It’s become a full-body way to reset my mind.
