Hello! I had a great experience on my most recent journey with Vietnam Airlines ISP Terminal. Check-in was quick and simple thanks to the terminal staff's politeness and attentiveness. The small size of the terminal was advantageous because there were no long walks or long lineups to wait in. I appreciated how quiet the place was, and the seating area was tidy and serene. There weren't many food alternatives, but everything else went smoothly. Announcements were clear and the boarding was on schedule. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
