You should consider adjusting your Fildena dose under medical supervision if you're not achieving the desired results or experiencing side effects. If the standard starting dose (usually 50 mg) is not effective, your doctor may increase it, but only if your overall health permits. Conversely, if you experience dizziness, flushing, headache, or vision disturbances, a dose reduction may be necessary. People with liver or kidney issues, those on certain medications (like nitrates or alpha-blockers), or over age 65 may also require a lower dose. Never change your dosage without consulting your healthcare provider, as misuse can increase the risk of serious complications.
