Sharing my family's amazing experience with the Envoy Air Milwaukee Office makes me very happy. We were greatly impressed by the staff's expertise and friendliness right away. As a family of five, traveling can often be stressful and complicated, but the Milwaukee office team made sure that everything went easily and effectively.
The staff was helpful, kind, and truly willing to assist us with everything from our first question on flight schedules to help with luggage information and seat assignments. In order to accommodate our limited time, one service member went above and beyond by personally assisting us in locating the best connecting flights. Such commitment is uncommon and greatly valued.
We experienced a minor weather-related delay on the day of our departure. The office staff was quick to provide us with accurate information and even used tiny gestures like coloring pages and polite talk to help relax the children. Their ability to keep things peaceful and upbeat and their attention to detail made all the difference.
The personnel treated us like valued guests rather than just passengers, which was very remarkable. Their courteous communication and individualized approach made the entire experience, from check-in to boarding, feel easy and stress-free.
We appreciate the consideration and effectiveness shown by the Envoy Air Office in Milwaukee . When an airline office blends professionalism with true human warmth, it's nice to experience. We look forward to flying with Envoy Air once more in the future because of them, who made the start of our family vacation so enjoyable.
