The United Airlines ATH Terminal, the boarding and check-in process was quick and easy. Athens International Airport had distinct check-in lines for Economy, Business Class, and Star Alliance status holders, and the counters opened approximately three hours prior to departure. The staff handled documents and bags promptly and with courtesy. Passport control and security went without a hitch. Priority passengers were the first to board at the assigned gate, which was organized by group number. Overall, the leaving experience was stress-free and enjoyable because the boarding procedure was prompt and the announcements were clear in both Greek and English.
