Our family flew internationally from Guangzhou with two small kids in tow. Hainan Airlines CAN Terminal made our travel day easy, friendly, and stress-free from start to finish. At check-in, staff noticed our kids and promptly guided us to a priority counter where we didn’t have to wait long. They helped us tag the stroller and gave useful boarding tips. The terminal had a clean baby room, diaper-changing stations, and even a small kids’ play area that helped burn some energy. Staff were proactive in assisting families, providing bottled water, answering questions, and even offering coloring sheets for the children. When it came time to board, we were given priority without even asking, which meant a calm transition onto the plane. The seating areas were spacious, and airport restrooms were easily accessible. This level of family-focused service isn’t something you find at every airport, and Hainan made sure we felt supported. Our positive experience at Hainan Airlines CAN Terminal ensured we’ll be flying with them again for our next family trip.
