I have ADHD, and I constantly break my habits. I tried Liven because it is simple - but I still forget to even open it. Maybe someone with similar features has already found a trick for how to maintain at least a minimum level of regularity? I really want to structure my days, and not fight chaos every time.

"With ADHD, it is difficult to maintain a system: everything quickly becomes boring, attention slips away, routines collapse. I have started trackers many times, but quit. Everything seemed too complicated. But after one liven app review , I gave this app a chance. It turned out to be minimalistic and soft. Just open it — one swipe — and that’s it. I didn’t have to remember the instructions, I just responded to what I felt. It helped me start a small routine without pressure. I recommend it to anyone looking for a simple tool to track themselves without being overwhelmed."

Minimalism and simplicity are especially important for people with sensitive attention. The less effort a process requires, the higher the chance that it will become part of everyday life. This rule is especially relevant in the case of self-observation and habits.
