Many people think that leather jackets are waterproof. However, in practice, water and leather don't mix well. Wearing it in showers or light rain is acceptable, but it is best to stay out of the rain. If your mens black leather jacket gets too wet, water might ruin it. Over time, it will grow rigid and crack in addition to losing its form. Consequently, even if it rains a little, you should still wear it. Just be sure to dry it as soon as possible to avoid water causing harm to your leather jacket. To allow it to dry naturally, hang it in a cool location as soon as possible.
