I recently flew out of the United Airlines ORD Terminal and was very impressed by the overall organization and amenities. Despite arriving during peak hours, the security process was swift thanks to TSA PreCheck and helpful signage directing passengers. The staff at both check-in and security were courteous and knowledgeable, moving the lines efficiently. After clearing security, I found a wide variety of dining options, from Starbucks for a quick coffee to Tortas Frontera for a delicious pre-flight meal. The terminal had plenty of seating, charging ports, and clean restrooms conveniently located throughout. Gate announcements were clear, and the boarding process started exactly on time. Even during busy hours, the terminal remained tidy, and staff regularly circulated to assist travelers. I also liked how easy it was to navigate between gates and concourses with moving walkways and digital display boards. This experience truly highlighted how well United has maintained its O’Hare hub. Whether it’s your first time flying or you're a frequent flier, Terminal 1 offers an efficient and pleasant airport environment.
