My family and I recently flew Delta from CDG, and I was truly impressed with the service and organization. The Delta Airlines CDG Terminal was very accommodating for families traveling with children. From the moment we arrived, Delta agents helped direct us toward the family-friendly security line, which moved efficiently. The check-in staff were patient and helped us reassign seats so we could sit together. The waiting area had clean restrooms nearby and even a small play zone for kids. What made a big difference was the boarding assistance—we were allowed early access to get our stroller packed and settle in without stress. The flight itself was excellent, but the pre-flight experience at CDG stood out just as much. The terminal signage was easy to understand, even for my in-laws who aren’t fluent in English or French. For first-time flyers or families managing multiple bags and kids, this terminal makes the experience a lot easier. We felt supported at every stage of the process, and that level of care is what turns a good trip into a great one.
