Flying out of the Eva Air ORD Terminal in business class was an excellent decision and truly worth the upgrade. From the moment I arrived at Terminal 5, the business class check-in counter offered dedicated staff and zero wait time. I was greeted warmly, with my baggage handled carefully and boarding passes issued promptly. The staff even confirmed my meal preferences and ensured my connecting flights were in order. Lounge access was provided through a partner lounge, which, while not branded EVA, still offered upscale amenities: hot meals, premium drinks, quiet corners for work, and clean restrooms. At the gate, priority boarding was smooth, and the staff was attentive to all premium passengers. They helped with last-minute boarding questions and escorted elderly travelers first. Everything from baggage handling to gate service aligned with EVA’s stellar in-flight reputation. Starting my trip in business class from EVA’s Chicago terminal set a positive tone that carried through the entire flight. They truly live up to their 5-star status.
