I was welcomed with smiles and true friendliness as soon as I came in. The personnel went above and beyond by helping me make last-minute alterations to my itinerary and making sure all of my travel documentation were in order. The entire process went well and without incident thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. It was the individualized care that really made a statement. In addition to helping me select the ideal seat, the staff took the time to learn about my travel preferences and even offered advice on in-flight entertainment and facilities. They were inspirational in their expertise and enthusiasm for travel. Once on board, Delta fulfilled all of their commitments.
