Fildena CT 100, which contains 100 mg of sildenafil citrate in a chewable tablet form, should be used with caution in men with kidney problems—and only under a doctor's supervision. Sildenafil is processed by the liver and excreted through the kidneys, so if kidney function is impaired, the drug may not clear efficiently from the body. This can increase the risk of side effects or toxicity, especially at higher doses like 100 mg. For Men with Kidney Problems: Mild to Fildena CT 100 kidney disease: You may still be able to take sildenafil, but a lower starting dose (like 25 mg) is typically recommended. Severe kidney disease or dialysis: Use is not recommended without medical supervision. A dose adjustment is usually required. FDA & Medical Guidelines Suggest: Patients with creatinine clearance should start with 25 mg sildenafil and not exceed the maximum dose unless a doctor advises otherwise. Chewable or fast-acting forms like Fildena CT 100 may enter the bloodstream faster, potentially increasing risk if clearance is impaired.
