Super Fildena should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to sildenafil or dapoxetine, the active ingredients in the Super Fildena medication. It is also not recommended for men taking nitrates for chest pain, as this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with severe heart conditions, recent history of heart attack or stroke, serious liver or kidney disease, or certain eye disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa should avoid this medication. Super Fildena is not intended for women or individuals under 18. Those with mental health conditions, such as depression or bipolar disorder, should consult a doctor before use, due to dapoxetine’s antidepressant effects.
