Hello! It was surprising how easy it was to use the United Airlines LAX Terminal. When I required directions, the airport staff was courteous, and the layout was simple. The restrooms were clean, and I appreciated that there were numerous digital screens with flight information. The main drawback was that it could occasionally be difficult to obtain a seat due to the crowds during peak hours. However, I located a pleasant coffee shop and took pleasure in observing people as I waited. The announcements at the gate were timely and unambiguous. Although it's not a flawless terminal, I would utilize it once more if I were flying with United.
