When planning our family holiday to Quebec, we visited the Air Canada Doha Office to finalize ticketing and travel details. As a multilingual family, we appreciated how effortlessly the staff communicated with us in all three languages. They helped us navigate travel requirements for each family member including our teenage son’s solo return trip and made sure we understood transit rules, vaccine requirements, and check-in processes. The agent even provided kid-friendly entertainment suggestions for the long-haul flight! What stood out was the welcoming and family-friendly environment. The staff treated our questions with patience, explained policies clearly, and offered personal recommendations that truly enhanced our travel planning experience. On departure day, everything went smoothly. Our family was well-prepared, relaxed, and excited for the trip all thanks to the support from the Doha Office. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, the Air Canada team in Doha truly shines. We’re grateful for their help and will confidently rely on them again for future journeys.
