I experienced one of the most tranquil airport experiences at the United Airlines JFK Terminal. The United Club lounge was a true highlight, with cozy seats, spotless toilets, and a great assortment of snacks and beverages. For a quick meal before boarding, the terminal's many food options, including coffee shops and fast eats, were located outside the lounge. In addition to prompt and clear flight announcements, gate agents offered useful updates regarding seat adjustments and boarding. Every restroom in the terminal was spotless and kept up. The abundance of charging stations positioned around the waiting areas was greatly welcomed. The departing experience was made less stressful by the terminal's sense of modernity and cleanliness. Excellent choice for both business and frequent travelers.
