I had a great recent experience using the Copa Airlines JFK Terminal. The employees at the check-in counter were kind, effective, and well-prepared. I got there around three hours prior to my international trip, and I had no trouble checking in my bags. I also received assistance from the staff in answering some of my inquiries regarding my Panamanian connection flight. The customer care agents were on hand to help, and the terminal's signage was simple to understand. The security check was easy and quick, and the terminal itself was clean. Another pleasant benefit was business class guests' access to the lounge, which provided beverages and cozy sitting. All things considered, Copa Airlines offers a smooth JFK airport experience. I would absolutely think about taking another flight from this terminal with them.
