Hello, I visited the Brussels Airlines Office in Banjul to inquire about their luggage policy and had a positive experience. The staff was courteous and provided clear information on baggage allowances and excess fees. They explained that Economy Class passengers are typically allowed one checked bag weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs), while Business Class passengers may have two checked bags, each up to 32 kg (70 lbs) . For carry-on luggage, the allowance varies by class, with Economy Class passengers permitted one carry-on and one personal item, not exceeding a combined weight of 12 kg (26 lbs) . The staff also informed me that purchasing extra baggage online or via their Service Centre before check-in is more cost-effective, as higher fees apply at the airport . Overall, I left the office satisfied with the assistance and felt well-prepared for my upcoming trip.
