The customer service was exceptional during my recent trip. The employees at the Sun Country Airlines MCO Terminal were courteous and professional as they assisted me with my checked bag and seat assignment. One service member even helped me use the mobile app when I couldn't get my boarding card to work. The check-in area at Sun Country was well-marked and speedy, and the terminal itself was clean. Even though the airline was inexpensive, the customer service felt first-rate. Boarding proceeded without incident, and they made timely and informative statements at the gate. I thought the airline's service was excellent when I departed.
