They even assisted me in switching to a more cozy seat. The staff was obviously well-trained and truly concerned about travelers, and the office was tidy and friendly. They made me feel like more than just another traveler, and I truly valued the individualized service. JetBlue is still providing top-notch ground and air transportation services. That standard is genuinely reflected in the Edinburgh office.
