I was really impressed by the Spirit Airlines Dallas Office at DFW Airport. When I came with a last-minute travel problem, the staff was really accommodating and effective. They helped me with my baggage inquiries as well as rebooking my flight. After the person gave me a thorough explanation, I felt secure and well-cared for. Being treated with such professionalism at a crowded airport is refreshing. I had never flown with Spirit Airlines before, but I'm rather happy with how easy the procedure was.
