Tadalista (which contains Tadalafil) and other erectile dysfunction (ED) medications are not compatible to be used together. Combining multiple ED drugs (such as Tadalista with Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, or other PDE5 inhibitors) can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure and increase the risk of serious side effects. Why Should ED Medications Not Be Combined? Mechanism of Action: PDE5 inhibitors like Tadalafil (Tadalista), Sildenafil (Viagra), Vardenafil (Levitra), and Avanafil (Stendra) all work by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis and increases blood flow. When used together, they exaggerate these effects, which can cause a severe drop in blood pressure. Risk of Hypotension (Low Blood Pressure): Combining multiple ED medications can lead to hypotension (low blood pressure), which can cause symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, heart palpitations, and shock. For some people, this drop in blood pressure can be life-threatening, especially if they have pre-existing heart conditions or are on other medications that lower blood pressure.
