Hi there! I had the pleasure of visiting the Emirates Airlines Paris Office recently, and I have to say—it completely exceeded my expectations. I usually dread going into airline offices because of long waits or robotic service, but this one was the exact opposite.
I walked in hoping to sort out a complicated itinerary change involving two countries, overlapping dates, and a special medical request for my elderly father. Not only did the staff welcome us with warm smiles, but they also immediately made us feel at ease. The young woman who assisted us (I believe her name was Amina) was incredibly patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She didn’t just treat it like a transaction—she really listened to what we needed.
What stood out the most was the way they handled the medical request. Amina took the time to contact the airline’s special assistance department and made sure everything was arranged, including wheelchair support and meal preferences. She even printed out a checklist for us to carry for the day of the flight.
The office was well organized, clean, and had a calm atmosphere—something you truly appreciate when handling travel issues. We left feeling reassured and grateful. Emirates continues to impress me not just in the air, but on the ground too.
