Our first-ever family trip to Hawaii was filled with excitement, and we owe a big part of that joy to the helpful team at the Hawaiian Airlines Oakland Office. Traveling with two small children can be overwhelming, but the staff at the Oakland location helped us prepare and navigate the travel process with such ease. We visited the office a week before our flight to ask questions about luggage limits, car seat regulations, and meal options for kids. The staff provided detailed information, reassured us, and even made sure we had early boarding noted on our tickets. On the day of our departure, we had a minor panic when we realized we left our printed boarding passes at home. The office staff immediately printed new ones, tagged our bags, and even walked us through where to find the family lane at security. What truly stood out was how the staff treated us with warmth, patience, and understanding. They shared a few local travel tips for Oahu and even told our kids about fun Hawaiian words they could use on the island. It felt like they genuinely wanted our trip to be special. Thanks to Hawaiian Airlines, our travel day went smoothly, and we began our Hawaiian adventure feeling calm and excited. The human connection and customer service we experienced were far beyond our expectations. We’re already planning another trip next year and we’ll definitely start again with the amazing team at the Oakland Office.
