Hello, One of the nicest airline offices I've ever dealt with is the Delta Airlines Frankfurt Office. When I came in to address a lost baggage issue, the representative was open and honest with me, providing me with a clear timeframe and updates even if the bag didn't arrive right away. They even sent me an unexpected email as a follow-up. It's not often the case at large airports, but I felt heard and supported. Their professionalism and follow-through were much appreciated. Although travel doesn't always go as planned, excellent customer service like this has a significant impact. Once again, thank you, Delta Frankfurt team!
