Everything about my flight at the Volaris JFK Terminal went smoothly. The bilingual staff made the check-in procedure quick and easy, and it opened approximately three hours before the flight. Although the queue was daunting at first, it moved swiftly. I valued the clarity with which they conveyed the boarding information and baggage regulations. At a congested airport in New York, security took as long as it should. Group numbers were used for boarding, and announcements were prompt and unambiguous. The personnel were courteous and supportive during the entire procedure. The organization of Volaris is good for a low-cost airline. For quick foreign travel, I would absolutely think about traveling with them once more, especially considering how reasonably priced they are.
