Vilitra 20 mg can cause side effects. It contains vardenafil, the same active ingredient found in Levitra, and is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Like all medications, it can cause mild to serious side effects, depending on individual health factors and dosage. These are usually mild and temporary: Headache Facial flushing (redness/warmth) Nasal congestion or runny nose Dizziness Upset stomach or indigestion Back or muscle pain Nausea Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: Chest pain or irregular heartbeat Sudden vision loss (a rare but serious condition called NAION) Vilitra 20 mg hearing loss or ringing in the ears Severe dizziness or fainting Priapism (a painful erection lasting more than 4 hours) Shortness of breath or swelling in the hands/feet Take nitrates (for heart problems) Use alpha-blockers (for high blood pressure or prostate issues) Have severe heart or liver conditions Recently had a stroke or heart attack Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs while using it Don’t mix with other ED medications Talk to your doctor if you're on any heart or blood pressure meds Vilitra 20 mg is generally safe when used correctly under medical supervision—but like any ED medication, it can cause side effects, especially at higher doses. If you're considering it, a doctor can help determine if it's safe based on your health history.
