The Swiss Air Beijing Office staff is outstanding. I went to inquire about special care for my aging mother. They were courteous and addressed all of my inquiries. They also provided useful advice for a hassle-free trip. The personnel appear professional, and the office is immaculate. I like how they work and treat clients with dignity. They obviously care about people and have good training. Visit the Swiss Air Office in Beijing for excellent service. I had an excellent time and plan to return.
