Hello, I visited the United Airlines Nairobi Office to get some clarification on some travel regulations for my elderly parents who were flying from Nairobi to the United States. Considering how many questions I had, the staff was really patient and friendly! They double-checked our reservations, produced the necessary paperwork, and even made recommendations for a simpler airport check-in process. They seemed to genuinely care. Not a feature in every airline office! I was impressed by the experience, and I will definitely use United once more. We appreciate the Nairobi team's excellent assistance.
