An regular vacation evolved into an incredible experience at the Cape Air Office in Albany which is where my most memorable trip began. I was greeted by the Albany International Airport office with a kind, personal touch that is often lacking in larger carriers. The staff was not just efficient but also genuinely pleasant, which immediately promoted a relaxed environment. The simplicity and appeal of flying with Cape Air were the most noteworthy features. being inside the little aircraft was similar to being into a private jet, offering a unique perspective that big commercial aircraft simply cannot match. As we flew across upstate New York, the Adirondacks and surrounding lakes were incredibly evident from above; the pure skies framed the splendor like a painting.
