Our family had an incredible experience with the Singapore Airlines Detroit Office, and I can confidently say they played a key role in making our international trip smooth and stress-free. Traveling with my elderly parents and two young children was no easy task, but the staff at the Detroit office made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the start, the team showed genuine care while helping us book our multi-city itinerary. They ensured that our seating was arranged together, special meals were ordered in advance, and wheelchair support was arranged for my parents at every airport. We felt completely supported from the moment we walked into the office. One thing that stood out was how the staff took the time to follow up before and after our flights. They reminded us about travel documents, COVID guidelines, and even reached out after our return to check if everything went well. That kind of thoughtful service is rare these days. Thanks to the Detroit office, what could have been a hectic journey turned into a memorable family adventure.
