Orlando International Airport is located approximately 6 miles southeast of downtown Orlando and is the busiest airport in Florida by passenger traffic. It features four main airsides (Airsides 1 through 4), accessed via two terminals – Terminal A and Terminal B – with the addition of the newer Terminal C, which primarily serves international flights and select domestic carriers.

The airport is designed in a hub-and-spoke layout, with a central terminal complex and automated people movers transporting passengers to the satellite concourses (airsides). The central terminal is divided into Terminal A (north side) and Terminal B (south side).
