The g spot is located inside the vagina, about 2–3 inches (5–7 cm) in, along the front wall (the side facing the belly).

Steps to Find It:
Wash your hands or use a clean, body-safe toy.

Have your partner relaxed and aroused — the G-spot becomes more sensitive during arousal.

Insert a finger palm-up and gently curl it in a “come here” motion.

Feel for a slightly raised or spongy area — that’s the G-spot.

Apply light pressure and ask for feedback — comfort and communication are key.
