Surprisingly, the EgyptAir office at BUR provides a seamless and professional experience, particularly considering that it is a smaller regional airport. Because the Egyptair BUR Terminal itself is clean and relatively quiet, it's much easier to get through check-in and security than it is at bigger airports. The EgyptAir personnel were friendly and efficient, handling everything from baggage to tickets with a pleasant, no-nonsense demeanor that was really noticeable. The office atmosphere was peaceful and orderly; there were no loud announcements or lengthy lines—just a cozy space where everything appeared to operate smoothly. This sort of efficiency is a huge benefit for business tourists, and it certainly made my trip seem less stressful. While I waited, the adequate seating and charging facilities nearby were beneficial. Even though the terminal isn't packed with restaurants and stores, the EgyptAir experience more than compensated for it. In general, I was pleasantly pleased by the ease and efficiency of EgyptAir's presence at BUR. If you're trying to steer clear of the bustle of LAX, it's a decent choice.
