Our extended family planned a reunion in Bali, which meant coordinating flights for over ten people from different cities. We approached the Singapore Airlines Quito Office hoping they could help us sort it out and they did so with amazing professionalism and skill. The staff handled the group booking effortlessly. They grouped our tickets by travel dates, found the best layover connections, and even secured discounted rates. More importantly, they made sure our elderly relatives had comfortable seating and that families with young kids were grouped together for convenience. They also advised us on travel insurance, COVID-19 guidelines, and baggage limits for group travel. Their responsiveness and coordination saved us countless hours of confusion and planning. When one family member had to adjust their departure date last-minute, the office managed the change swiftly without hassle. Thanks to the Quito office, our reunion started on the right foot, stress-free and well organized. Everyone in our family was impressed by how smooth the travel arrangements were.
