Filitra 40 mg, containing vardenafil, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. The recommended dosage is one tablet (40 mg) taken orally approximately 30 to 60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Filitra 40 mg should be swallowed whole with a glass of water and can be taken with or without food. However, high-fat meals may delay its onset of action .
Do not exceed one dose within a 24-hour period. Filitra 40 mg requires sexual stimulation to be effective and does not increase sexual desire on its own. If a dose is missed, skip it and take the next dose as scheduled; do not double the dose to make up for a missed one .
