During my recent visit, the Etihad Airways Muscat Office offered me outstanding assistance. They promptly fixed the luggage booking issue I was having. The employee that assisted me was polite and extremely informed. The fact that they were polite to me and didn't treat me like another customer was what I appreciated most. They listened carefully and came up with the best answer. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the well-run office. I appreciate their assistance and will most certainly utilize Etihad once more for my next travels.
