He assisted me in selecting a more comfortable option and showed me the seat chart. He assisted me in using my trip points as well. Everything went quickly and easily. Their pleasant and honest service was excellent. It was a tidy and peaceful office. Speaking with someone who was so knowledgeable about their work felt fantastic. I was pleased and grinning when I left the office.
