I'm happy I visited the Etihad Airways Muscat Office, which my relative suggested. My ticket name was spelled incorrectly, but they easily assisted me in fixing it. The individual who helped me was courteous and understanding. I was really relieved that they didn't charge me more. I appreciated how well they handled things and the serene atmosphere of the office. These days, personal care like this is uncommon. This excellent service has increased my belief in Etihad.
