I was quite satisfied with the Qantas Airways Auckland Office when I visited. The employees were courteous and willing to assist. They handled my request to adjust my flight date quite easily. They provided a thorough explanation of all the costs and choices. It was a pleasant and serene setting. There, I felt really at ease. They also provided me with some useful travel advice. Seeing such excellent customer service was wonderful. Everything was completed expertly. This office makes traveling easy and is really helpful. I will return anytime I need assistance because I am satisfied with their service.
