As a family of four who had never flown before, we were anxious about our first trip,especially with two kids under ten. Luckily, the Southwest Airlines Flagstaff Office helped turn our nerves into excitement.We went in person to book the tickets and explain that this was our first time flying. The staff was incredibly friendly and took extra time to walk us through every step, how check-in works, what security would be like, and even how to prepare our kids for their first flight. They gave us tips on what snacks to pack, how to label our baggage, and even provided games and printable activities for our kids to enjoy on the plane. We were blown away by how thoughtful and thorough they were. When it came time to fly, everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to the Flagstaff office's guidance, our kids were excited, not scared, and we parents felt confident throughout the entire journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to air travel. If you’re flying for the first time or with young children, I can’t recommend the Southwest Flagstaff Office enough. Their patience and care made our first flight feel like a breeze.
